Ka Tū Reia! Leap towards greatness!

This 400-year old saying comes from the time when Tamainupō was challenged to leap over the head of another Waikato chief called Māhanga.  He succeeded and 17 generations later, his descendants hold onto this core message of meeting challenges you may face with courage.
